How weekly statistics are calculated

Every Sunday after intel scores are reset a players score is set to 0. unless they are an officer in which case they start on -1

For every intel point they gain, one tenth of this is added to there score.
Every operation earns the player 1 point for being active in it. No points are awarded for missing a successful operation but 1 point is deducted if the player misses an operation that fails.
Additional points are added for helpful advice given to other players to help them complete attacks in operations and deducted for excessive swearing or unhelpful comments

The formula used is : (intel/10) + (7 x operation attacks (1,0 or -1)) + (helpful +1) + (Unhelpful -1)

eg:
Morvic an officer earns 28 intel in the week, is active in six operations and swears too much
                  -1+(28/10)+1+1+1+1+1+1+0+(-1) Total for week is 6.8

To earn promotion to Officer a player should be aiming for double figures
